Service commitment

Repair commitment: I answer the phone notification, regardless of any cause, the fastest speed to the scene (field no more than 24 hours, a local not more than 12 hours), while organizing and technical personnel to the scene to repair. When performance can not be restored after repair to factory standards, then ensure the replacement of new products. Best efforts to reduce the loss of customers.
Delivery Time commitment: Once the contract signed into effect the order, I will fully guarantee "on time" delivery, delivery due to irresistible factors affecting the progress of the contract, the company will contract 3 days in advance before delivery inform the demand side, in order to timely communication and to take positive remedial measures.
Products delivered and put into normal operation within three months after, I will take the initiative to visit the company related products, and resolve user encountered in the use of product problems and queries, as well as the quality of our products continue to improve the collection basis.
Commitment to quality assurance
Rough pieces of our products are produced by the U.S. Baird spectrometer for analysis of materials, the German perspective of the production apparatus and detectors for nondestructive testing and perspective, to ensure high-quality semi-finished products.
All product assembly is completed, should be strictly in accordance with national standards or technical requirements stipulated in the contract, carefully manufactured, careful testing to ensure 100% after the factory for quality products.
All supplies products guaranteed to be brand new, unused and with first-class production process, and the quality of full compliance with the contract, specifications and performance requirements to ensure that its equipment in the correct installation, operation and maintenance of normal conditions, in its used with satisfactory performance during the period. The quality assurance period (12 months after the final acceptance or goods to the scene without objection from the date of 24 months, whichever occurs first), my company due to design defects in workmanship or materials for any deficiency or failure responsible for the costs borne by us.
According to relevant test results or the quality assurance period, if the number of devices, quality and specifications to the contract, or prove defective equipment, including latent defects or the use of the material does not meet the requirements, the user should be written notice to the company.
